EEM  iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Indx – 65,000 August 46 puts were bought over the day for ~$0.79 and approximately 30,000 of the September 46 puts were bought for ~$1.38.

IWM iShares Russell 2000 Index  – 16,000 of the October 80 / 64 put spread was bought for $2.11.

XOP SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Explore & Prod. – 45,000 of the September  54 puts were sold at $1.15 and bought 25,000 of the September 58 puts for $2.28. The trade appears to be an adjustment.

Largest IV Increases: SUG, CYS, FHN, CB, INFY, SCHW, SGEN, KOG, ADM, NWS

Largest IV Decreases: AMLN, ZAGG, AMJ, AFFX, TSM, VXX, LQD, ENTR, GRM, CMTL

Consumer

F Ford Motor Company  – A nearly 25,000 contract block of August 15 calls were bought for $0.19. The calls were bought to open.

PG The Procter & Gamble Company – 22,750 of the January 65 / 70 call spreads was sold at $1.60. The same spread traded 17,900x yesterday.

MGM MGM Resorts International.  – 40,000 of the September 13 / 15 calls spread was bought for $0.90.

MPEL Melco Crown Entertainment Ltd – 20,000 of the October 14 calls were sold at $1.70, tied to 1.1 million shares at $14.00.

SKS Saks Incorporated - ~4500 of the January 11 puts were bought for $1.15.

TRW TRW Automotive Holdings Corp – 750 of the August 45 / 50 put spread appeared to be bought for $0.67.

Energy

WMB  Williams Companies, Inc. – 3000 of the August 23 puts were bought for $0.19.

Industrials / Materials

NAV Navistar International Corporation – 5900 of the January 70 / 75 call spread was bought for $0.825. It appears to be a roll down in strikes.

MT  ArcelorMittal (ADR) – 1660 of the July  33 calls were bought for $1.55.

KGC Kinross Gold Corporation – 1500 of the January’13 12.5 puts were sold at $1.14.

Twxh

STX Seagate Technology PLC – 25,900 of the January 17.5 calls were sold at $1.52, tied to 1.22 million shares at $16.77.

WDC Western Digital Corp.  – 11,040 of the January 40 calls were sold at $3.55. The calls were sold to open tied to 555,000 shares of stock.

Financials

AGO Assured Guaranty Ltd. – 2300 of the October 19 calls were bought for $1.05.

Healthcare

BAX Baxter International Inc.  - 37,500 of the August 55 calls were sold at $6.20 against a block of stock at $60.88, on an 87 delta

SNY Sanofi SA (ADR)  – 2500 of the July 40 calls were bought for $0.55. The calls were bought to open.

THOR Thoratec Corporation – 6800 of the July 35 puts traded today, 76 percent traded on the bid.
